Here at Fashion Allie, we strive to achieve loyalty with our customers by providing fabulous customer service! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
We know that ordering online comes with some risk since you can’t touch or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be return-friendly. However, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
Return Policy & Procedures:
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only. We do not issue refunds.
We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. Your delivery date can be found using the tracking number. Items returned outside of our return window are subject to refusal.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email photos, order number, and description of the issue and we will investigate immediately.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact and attached. Items returned with obvious use are subject to refusal.
Sale items, items purchased with a discount code, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We encourage you to use a trackable return shipping method to avoid items being lost in transit.
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible, we know you want to find something else you love! Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt and you will be emailed your store credit code to use on a future purchase. Exchanges will be best accommodated but are subject to availability.
